    Cleanliness of my room

    They said that the shuttle bus was free and it was not, the receptionist gave me the room key and when I entered the room there was somebody inside, another guest that was already there!!!! This is not good because I couldn't trust on the hotel staff for the rest of my stay!! Can you image you are in your room and somebody enters the room... I will never forgive such mistake!!!

    Nice and comfortable room. Also the shuttle to and from the airport is very handy.

    That the restaurant closed at 10:00 p.m. When you arrive on a later flight, we couldn't get and food.

    We checked in at 12:30 am due to a delayed flight. Our check in was very smooth and I was able to get a later check out (1 pm) since we slept in late! Breakfast at Grafitti's restaurant was very good!

    All of us - my wife, my sister and myself are deaf. We enjoyed staying at the hotel so my sister could catch a plane next morning. :-)

    Unfortunately both tv sets had no closed captioned ( C.C.) so we called the hotel staff twice to fix them. Finally the tv technican came with his original tv remote to use a menu to open the closed captioned. Great!!! So we tested by turning tv off then on. No C.c at all. Grrrr!!! He repaired them again. So we left both tv on all evening when we were out for supper. We were able to read the cc until our bedtime. No cc again next morning. Grrrr!!! My suggestion is to let Deaf guests to have an original remote so they would have full access to read information like hearing people who follow by voice. Hopefully this is helpful to you and also to us, Deaf consumers.

    A basic, comfortable room with large bed. Close to Arizona pub, featuring the awesome wings and excellent service. No frills, no pretensions, no problems. Quality restaurant service

    Hotel common areas could use some refurbishing. Having to pay for parking is a bit much, guys. With respect to recommendation below, this is a good place to hole up in after a long international flight. Don't expect bells and whistles.

    The hotel was clean, the room was stunning with a huge bedroom and separate living room. Very close to the airport, the free shuttle in the morning was a definte bonus. Looking for a hotel near the airport? Quality Suites Toronto Airport is clean, reasonably priced, pet friendly, and has great rooms.

    Breakfast did not start until 6:30am, as someone who had an early flight to catch I would have loved to have been able to grab even a bagel or a couple of pieces of toast in the morning. For the price though, I can definately overlook this.

    The check in desk must remember they are in the hospitality business and it is their job to be helpful, friendly and courteous.

    The hotel was very comfortable, and was surrounded by many choices for dinner. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location to the airport can't be beat, and the shuttle to and from the airport was very efficient. The cost was reasonable, and the front desk staff was very helpful. This is the third time we have stayed here and would definitley stay again.
